Blushing Mirage, inspired from childhood memories of flamingos. Also, we have beautiful flamingos at the hotel! What’s the secret ingredient that makes it uniquely yours? Homemade citrus peel cordial. What’s the most Bahraini thing you’ve ever added to a drink? Loomi (black lemon). Who or what got you started in this craft? Curiosity started it, passion kept it going. Now I mix memories, not just drinks. Most unexpected place you’ve gotten a drink idea from? Watching flamingos by a salt lake in Rajasthan. That calm beauty became the soul of one of my cocktails.
