With more than two decades of international experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Jassal is bringing a fresh, global perspective to the company. Mr Jassal’s track record includes successful hotel pre-openings across various markets, a task he approaches with meticulous planning. “Thorough market research, detailed preopening planning and building strong, motivated teams are essential. Post-launch, continuous improvement through guest feedback and training programmes is vital,” he explains.
