If you fancy learning how to create your own Oriental dishes, chef Lu Yao will be conducting an exclusive cooking class on February 9.

He will also be in the kitchen at China Garden on February 5 to help you celebrate the Chinese New Year with authentic dishes such as spiced and sauced beef, oyster sauced money mushrooms, Jinling style crispy duck and more.
