Hailing from Las Tunas, Cuba, members of Latin Son have a history together, having gone to the same professional music school for three years and playing at various five-star hotels in Cuba before their first endeavour abroad, in Bahrain. While Amelia is the lead singer, Manuel, Brenda and Nayelis play the drums and the piano between them. They’ve all been passionate about music ever since they can remember and it shows in the fantastic quality of the pop, Latin and contemporary songs performed in their shows.

Rodeo Bahrain, Juffair Grand Hotel
Rodeo Bahrain, the newest club in the Kingdom, presents Level Up, a brand-new band that’s taking the stage giving clubbers a reason to rejoice. Level Up is a guitar and bass/keyboard-playing duo, performing everything from classic hits to new country, as well as pop and rock requests. Band members Pieter Grobler and Stefan Malinowski have both visited Bahrain many times in the past as parts of different music-making ensembles, including ‘The Trio Grande’, ‘Grafitti Park’, ‘Counterpoint’ and ‘The International Playboys’. They pride themselves on playing songs that other bands don’t. “Pieter knows just about every song you can think of,” says Stefan. “And I know the rest.”

All-girl rockers ‘Five Motion’ are a group of talented multi-instrumentalists all the way from Colombia. Amanda Yaneth, Ana Julieth, Beartriz Estefenia, Diana Katherine and Diana Marcela will perform daily except Saturday at An Nada Lounge. Philippines nationals Des, Jen and Renz make up DJR Trio, and have been playing gigs around Asia, the UAE and other GCC countries for several years.
