Nithin Shetty, Division Manager at Myna Water

Nithin Shetty is a professional with deep roots in the Bunts community, hailing originally from Dakshina Kannada District in Karnataka, India. For the past 19 years, Shetty has been living and working in the Kingdom of Bahrain, leveraging his expertise to drive progress in various companies.

Currently, Mr. Shetty serves as the Division Manager for the water division of AMA Group, a prominent organisation making strides in the region. As part of his role, he utilises his extensive experience and leadership skills to oversee critical water-related operations and projects. His dedication to his work has earned him the respect of his colleagues and superiors alike.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Shetty has risen to become the President of the Bunts Bahrain organisation, a testament to his deep commitment to serving his community. Prior to this esteemed role, he had worked tirelessly on various committees, collaborating closely with community members to address their needs and concerns. His ability to listen, empathise, and find practical solutions has earned him the trust and admiration of his peers. 

In addition to his involvement with the Bunts community, he has also been actively engaged with other social organisations, such as the Karnataka NRI Forum (KNRIF), demonstrating his commitment to the welfare of the Kannada-speaking diaspora. 

As the President of Bunts Bahrain, he has taken on the responsibility of guiding the community towards a future of continued prosperity and cultural preservation. He organises and oversees a range of events and initiatives that celebrate the rich heritage of the Bunts, while fostering a sense of unity and belonging among its members in Bahrain. 

Furthermore, Mr. Shetty’s efforts extend beyond the confines of the Bunts community, as he actively engages with other social and cultural organisations in the Kingdom. His collaborative approach and his ability to build bridges between diverse groups have made him a respected figure within the broader Bahraini society. 

Through his exemplary leadership, Mr. Shetty has not only elevated the stature of the Bunts community in Bahrain but has also become a role model for others seeking to balance their professional aspirations with a deep-rooted commitment to their cultural identity and social responsibility.
