nicholas’ principals have worked across the region for many years. Managing Director Nicholas Bonaventure was Head of Architecture for Atkins in the Northern Gulf, delivering Durrat Al Bahrain and the World Trade Centre. He was also the master plan designer for Danat Al Bahrain.
Mr. Bonaventure is an acclaimed building designer, and his projects have won numerous Arabian Property Awards and MIPIM Awards including Best Marina Design, Best High-Rise Architecture and Best Office Development. His recent education work won the Learning Environments NZ Supreme Award for 2022, and he was the Middle East Architect’s Architect of the Year for 2008.
