After a rollercoaster stint in the Bigg Boss house, actor Vivian Dsena opens up about life’s challenges, his self-discoveries and the role Bahrain plays in keeping him grounded.Mr. Dsena’s time on Bigg Boss was nothing short of transformative. Reflecting on his journey, the actor described the experience as “a roller coaster ride,” marked by emotional highs and lows. “Bigg Boss’ house is a place where your emotions are on the surface. There are moments where you feel like losing your cool, but you have to stay calm and true to yourself,” Mr. Dsena shares.

One of the most challenging aspects for him was adapting to the captive reality format. “The idea of being confined was very challenging, which is why I said no to the show for many years. Finally, thanks to my wife and the show’s team, I decided to challenge myself,” he says. The separation from his family was particularly tough, given his close bond with them. “I’m someone who likes to stay in touch with my family every day, if not every hour. That was the hardest part.”

Mr. Dsena also discovered new facets of his personality during the show.

Away from the glare of cameras, Bahrain holds a special place in Mr. Dsena’s heart. “Bahrain is like a second home. It’s peaceful, relaxing and helps me maintain my sanity amidst the chaos of work. It’s my getaway from the professional hustle,” he says. The country’s calm environment and his family’s presence on the island make it his perfect retreat.

Despite not being overly social in Bahrain, Mr. Dsena has felt an overwhelming sense of recognition and support. “Surprisingly, not just Indians but even Bahraini fans have shown me immense love, especially during Bigg Boss. It’s heartwarming to receive such support in a place where I haven’t even worked,” he notes.

Looking ahead, Mr. Dsena remains grounded and grateful. “God has been kind. My fans have made me who I am today. I’m just a hardworking guy, but the credit goes to them. I promise to continue entertaining in my own way,” he concludes with heartfelt gratitude.
