In this month’s tea-infused mocktail, we evoke the charm of a spring garden with Dilmah’s Fragrant Rose, a floral-forward mocktail that’s as elegant as it is refreshing. Crafted with a harmonious blend of rose, lychee and lime, it’s the perfect companion to warm evenings or celebratory occasions.
What sets this drink apart is its balance – sweet without being overpowering, tart with a floral softness. The rose and vanilla tea syrup introduces an aromatic foundation, layered beautifully with the exotic fruitiness of lychee and the bright zing of lime juice. The final touch of elderflower soda adds lightness and a gentle fizz that lifts every sip.

RECIPE:
- 20ml Rose & vanilla tea syrup
- 20ml Giffard lychee syrup
- 20ml Lime juice
- Ice cubes
- Elderflower soda (to top)
- Garnish: Rose flower petals and lime wheel
METHOD
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Add the syrups and lime juice.
- Top with elderflower soda.
- Stir gently.
- Garnish with rose petals and a lime wheel.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
